Step 2: You’ll be sent paperwork to complete via email and the payment information to submit.
Step 3: After your paperwork is done and ready, please email, fax or send it to the mailing address.
Step 4: After receiving the paperwork we’ll text, email or call to schedule our first meeting! Could be at home, call, or video (rather home or video, you let me know what’s best for you). I’ll get a sense of your diet and lifestyle, and then we’ll create an action oriented plan to meet your needs. There will be plenty of time to answer your questions. And I follow up with a detailed and realistic plan for you to follow before our next meeting.
